7. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

  • Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for its intended purpose:
  • Customer contracts and purchase data: 5 years
  • Marketing data: deleted upon request
  • Customer claims: 5 years after closure
  • Personal injury claims: 10 years
  • CCTV recordings: typically 30 days, unless required longer
  • Criminal offense data: deleted after final judgment

8. IS PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION MANDATORY?

In some cases, providing personal information is required to enter into a contract. If such information is not provided, we may be unable to deliver the requested services.
